Nov 03, 2007 (Sat): Celebrate a Winemaker Dinner in the Caves featuring Chef Bart Hosmer of Parcel 104?an esteemed Bradley Ogden restaurant located in Santa Clara, California. Executive Chef Hosmer has received critical acclaim for his seasonal, farm-fresh American fare and has been featured in San Francisco Magazine, Sunset Magazine, Woman?s Day and TV Guide. Parcel 104 is also the recipient of several awards, including the Wine Spectator?s Award of Excellence. A portion of the proceeds of this dinner goes directly to the Eberle Winery Scholarship at Cal Poly for students studying Wine Marketing and Viticulture.
