Cameron Hughes is a negotiator who buys wine on the bulk market for a good price, blends and bottles it, then gives consumers a good deal. (It’s a concept that’s a little like the Charles Shaw brand, aka Two-Buck Chuck, except that Hughes’ wines are small lots of high-quality wine.) Nearly all the Cameron Hughes wines are sold through Costco for about $10, earning the wines the moniker "10-Clam Cam."
